This Privacy Policy explains how the Sanity Pending podcast ("Sanity Pending", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you visit sanitypending.com (the "Site"). We keep data collection to a minimum and we never sell your personal information.

Information we collect
- Email address: only if you choose to submit it through our newsletter sign-up form, so we can email you about new episodes and updates.
- Technical data: our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes limited technical information such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the Site. This is used in aggregate for performance and security, not to identify you personally.
Third-party content and embeds
The Site embeds players and links from third-party platforms, including YouTube (Google) and Spotify, and links out to Apple Podcasts, Instagram, and TikTok. When you interact with these embeds or follow these links, those services may collect data and set cookies under their own privacy policies, which we do not control. How we use your information

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site (for example, which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors come from). We do not use our own advertising cookies. Embedded third-party players (such as YouTube and Spotify) may also set their own cookies when loaded.

The Site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
